Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We deliver all over Pakistan with Cash on Delivery through M&P Courier. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Orders above Rs. 5,000 need a small advance deposit first (see below).
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our own shop within 24 hours on working days (we are closed on Friday). M&P usually delivers in 2–4 working days to major cities and 3–6 working days to smaller towns and remote areas.
Why will you call me after I place an order?
Every COD order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. This protects you from fake orders placed in your name and lets us double-check your car model and delivery address. Please keep your phone on after ordering. Unconfirmed orders are not shipped.
Why do orders above Rs. 5,000 need an advance payment?
For orders above Rs. 5,000 we ask for a partial advance deposit via JazzCash, EasyPaisa or Bank Transfer. Our team will call you after you order with the account details and the amount. The rest is paid in cash on delivery. This keeps prices low by reducing returned and refused parcels.
Will this product fit my car?
Model-specific items such as floor mats, dashboard mats, seat covers, sunshades and car covers are made for each car. Choose your car model and year on the product page. If your car is not in the list, choose "Other car" and send us your make, model and year on WhatsApp and we will confirm the fitment. Universal items such as neck cushions, perfumes and washer guns fit all cars.
Where are your shops and what are the timings?
We have 2 shops. Shop 1 is at Jab Pull, in front of Meezan Bank, Abbottabad. Shop 2 is at Pani Stop, right before Havelian Interchange. Both are open Saturday to Thursday, 10 AM to 8 PM, and closed on Friday. You can pick up your order from either shop; message us on WhatsApp first so we keep it ready.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
M&P riders deliver sealed parcels, and courier rules usually do not allow opening before payment. If anything is missing, damaged or wrong, record a video while unboxing and WhatsApp us within 24 hours. We will sort it out.
What if the product is damaged or the wrong size?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or the unboxing video. We will arrange an exchange for damaged, faulty or wrong items. Products must be unused and in their original packing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and Bank Transfer (Bank Deposit).
